2. Extract that downloaded zipped file on your PC.
3. Then send or copy the two extracted files (i.e. WhatsApp.jar and WhatsApp.jad) to the phone on which you wish to install WhatsApp.
4. Enjoy!!
Note: 1. If on running WhatsApp it asks you for update before using. Then update and then register.
2. The WhatsApp messenger (form the above link) is tested on Nokia S40 phones.
